I've spent the past 3 years visiting any and every restaurant around Tacoma that I've heard anything good about. Hands down, Pacific Grill is the best and my favorite. I adore PG and wish I were wealthy enough to eat 3 meals a day there. They have never disappointed and create wonderful dishes. My favorite is the Tuna Tartar and the seasonal Lamb Tartar. The owner is very interactive and will respond via email if you leave a review card provided at the table. The atmosphere in the evening is very relaxing and seducing.
