Andrew Will Winemaker Dinner
Join us as we taste the expressive wines of Andrew Will Winery. We’ll pair four of their finest wines with an exquisite five-course chef tasting dinner prepared by Chef Aaron Valimont. The dinner begins at 6:00 pm. Due to limited space availability, advance reservations are required.
For reservations and information, please contact Chip Venzone at 253-627-3541.
Andrew Will Winery was started in 1989 and is owned by Chris Camarda. The winery was launched out of a love for wine that Chris had developed while working in the restaurant trade for almost 20 years. Named after the Camardas’ son Will and nephew Andrew, Andrew Will has been a major contributor to the success and notoriety in recent years of WashingtonState wines.
It started in Seattle but moved to Vashon Island in 1994. They now have two buildings which allow them to make about 4300 cases of wine a year. They have also purchased land in Eastern Washington and planted 36 acres in grapes.
Andrew Will makes Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese.
"Chris Camarda creates wine with energy & drive, consistently among the best vineyard expressive reds in Washington State." Wine & Spirits Magazine Fall 2007 Best in the World Wine
