Serving Size: 2
• Preheat oven to 350o.
• Bake bacon on a cooking sheet for 6 1/2 minutes. Allow to cool to touch.
Slice bacon in half & set aside.
• Fill each date with 1 teaspoon parmesan reggiano cheese.
• Wrap each stuffed date with 1/2 slice of bacon. Spear with toothpick.
• Bake at 350o for 7 minutes.
• Garnish with fresh italian parsley.
